Dr. Erika Karjalahti, DMD is a skilled general dentist committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered dental care in the greater Boise area. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Roseman University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Augsburg University. Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Karjalahti has completed extensive training in oral surgery, endodontics, and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Karjalahti practices general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, emergency care, and cosmetic treatments. She performs a wide range of procedures including extractions, root canals, dentures, and more. She is a certified provider of Invisalign® clear aligners. Dr. Karjalahti’s careful and comprehensive approach prioritizes patient education and comfort.
Dr. Karjalahti is passionate about lending her skills to the community. She has volunteered for programs supporting underserved populations and children with special needs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring new recipes to share with her family and friends. She is originally from Minnesota.
